1. Product Information

• All product descriptions, images, dimensions, and prices are provided for customer reference.
• Actual product color or design may slightly vary due to screen settings or handcrafted elements.

2. Orders and Payments

• Orders will be confirmed only after full or partial payment, as per the agreement.
• We accept cash, UPI, cards, and bank transfers. EMI options may be available on select products.
• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise.
• Exchanges or repairs for eligible products will be done after inspection and approval by our service team.

3. Custom Orders

• Custom furniture orders require an advance payment and longer delivery time.
• Custom items cannot be cancelled or returned once production begins.

4. Cancellations

• Cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours of order placement.
• Cancellation after dispatch or production (for custom items) will not be accepted.

5. Privacy and Data

• Customer details are used solely for order processing, delivery, and internal marketing.
• We do not share customer information with third parties without consent.

6. Shop Rights

• Insha Wood Handicraft reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• All disputes are subject to jurisdiction under Jamshedpur, Jharkhand.
